Hello BP! Im going to finally get around to introducing myself, after silently learning and soaking up information on the site. I am currently researching and trying to learn, saving up money, and getting my credit as high as i can to hopefully try and jump into the scene in the next couple of months. Will probably try and "house hack" a duplex here in the city, thinking of financing with fha loan maybe fha 203k if some repairs are needed! Since im going to be jumping in soon just thought id introduce myself and start getting to know some of you potential future business partners!
