Awesome read here Joseph! I am from the Lexington,KY Area myself and kinda early in my investing journey. I love how you were able to find the deal and act on it quickly! How did you find the owners of all the 2-4 unit properties and how long was it until you finally got your “yes” ? 

That’s much longer down the road though 

I’d would absolutely love to be able to continue and build on the small multi-family properties. I love Lexington and it’s growing so much that I believe there is so much money to be made from these properties. Eventually when I get myself familiar with it, I would like to be able to shift my focus to commercial real estate apartment buildings and scale the business up tremendously!
