I am a newbie with a lot of questions. I want to know where to start and have the opportunity to create wealth and be out of the rat race. I own my first single unit house in Bayamon PR where I lived…want to hit the 10 properties but how? Where I start? I need someone who can guide me in this path. I am thinking in concentrate in houses for middle class like 100k or less. Located in metro like bayamon, toa baja etc…But i am open tu recommendation.
