Hey all!! Free educational seminar that'll be hosted by Auction.com. They're speaking on some new topics for those that are interested in Judicial Sales or REO sales, gonna show you the ropes on what to do at different counties. Vickie Perry, Executive Director of the Central Indiana Real Estate Investment Association has been buying, rehabbing and selling homes for over 25 years in Indiana and South Florida. She runs two of the association’s Focus Groups and has established an educational program and coaches beginning investors.

Nations Title Agency - State Manager

Rick's career in Title Insurance started in 1987 as an abstractor. In 1993 with partners, he started a Title Insurance Company that functioned for over 20 years doing everything from searching to managing. In 2012 Rick became a Realtor and inspected and sold HUD homes among many others. In January of 2015 Rick became State President for Nations Title Insurance Agency which is a subsidiary of Nations Holdings.

Please make sure you RSVP, so that there's enough food ordered and the room space is enough. Last time we had 50 walk ins and the room was too small, so please RSVP even if you think you may want to attend. Better to have more chairs than no chairs!

Can I bring my real estate agent?

Yes we HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you bring your real estate agent. They have more incentives for agents that they should know about.

Can I bring a friend?

YES please do! The more the merrier, just please include them in your RSVP!
