Thanks Tom, I really appreciate the feedback.

When you create a website for a new property do you usually create it from scratch or do you use a template? I have a little bit of background in web design so putting together a site for each property is something I could theoretically accomplish, but it seems that it would be very time consuming to start from scratch for each property.

Hi,

I'm new to real estate and am curious about the overall process of marketing a residential property that is being listed. What steps do you generally take to market and do you usually do each step yourself or do you contract outside agents?

For example, do you hire a photographer or do you take photos yourself? Do you usually create a website for the home? Do you ever produce a video of the home?

I am also wondering, how much do you usually spend on marketing each home?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
