Hey everyone I am new to the forum and I am looking for an expierenced Real Estate Investor who is willing to teach and mentor me through my first stages as an Investor. I am 18 years old with a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer license so I have knowledge about financing. I am a creative and out of the box thinker. Two main goals I want to accomplish are:

1. Be financially free before having a family so that I can spend all the time needed with my future kids.

2. Give back. To anyone who needs help. Through mentoring and making people's dreams become realities and starting up charitable companies.

I honestly can not stop thinking about real estate. Im always looking for more and more information. I believe it is what I was made to do.

I need a mentor that will guide me through the right steps. So if you are or know a group in Houston that can help me out please post

Hi everyone I am new to REI and want to start wholesaling properties. It seems that I'm missing a very important piece of the puzzle and that is how exactly do I put a property under contract? I know I have to negotiate an offer and get accepted. But who exactly do I go to, to create a contract?

Also since I am going to be wholesaling do I need to put down any earnest money?

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! Eduardo Moreno here as a newbie in REI. I'm really excited to be part of this forum as I see there is only true and honest information here unlike other places where they try to sell you programs. I recently got in the RE business as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer. I joined BP because I want to meet mentors and network with people here in Houston. My goals are first to start wholesaling to build equity then move to being a rehabber. Thanks!
