I recently passed my Florida Real Estate sales associate license. I am looking for a Broker in the Jacksonville Beach area. I do currently have a full time job and understand the hard work that I will have to put into this to make the transition into real estate. Does anyone have contact information for a local short term rental cleaner in Jacksonville, FL? I’m looking for someone that can clean my Airbnb when I have same day check out and check in’s. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 3 so it would have to be cleaned between those hours.

Did you end up finding a good 203K contractor in Jacksonville?  I am about to do my first 203K loan in Jacksonville and would love any advice or lessons learned that you can provide.

I'm  currently looking for a realtor in Maine that has experience purchacing foreclosures.  It would also help if the realtor was familiar with the Bangor, ME area.
