I have a large 5 bedroom house and I have been house hacking rooms out for the past 4 years and making excellent profit. Up until this point I haven’t really had any concerns about systems because I have a property manager and other professionals to assist with upkeep.

I’m interested in adding some systems to handle maintenance request and rent collections any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
