Been working on getting the townhouse ready for short term vacation rental. However I just looked at the Zillow price (which I know is not accurate) that is +207% from my purchase price. I'm debating on still making this a short term vacation rental (sleeps 8, on a golf course, 1st tee, Tempe, AZ, minutes away from downtown, scottsdale and airport) or selling and taking profits to reinvest while putting 20% down on something new. I'm still hesitant to pull the trigger on either.
