If you're working with a "LOCAL" good realtor. They should be able to advise and give you market insight for both neighborhoods. I can tell you in 5 years it won't matter. The entire city will be transformed and unrecognizable :)

Hi BP Community - In seek of an Real Estate agent to show rentals in FL - Good neighborhoods near Pembroke Pines. This will be for MaDukes who is retired caring for a handicap sibling. The rental would need to be a 2 bedroom with a car driveway or garage. Eventually a purchase will take place after a year checking out a few areas. I've been told about DelRay, Wellington, West Palm Beach, etc.... All or any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
