Thank you for the advice @Bart H.! This is definitely something that I will consider as I admit my current strategy is pretty audacious. If I may ask, what does having rental income on your tax statement do for you? Thanks!

No, thank you for the advice!

It's hard to tell the whole story in a forum post, but I appreciate your rationality. I'm not switching careers, but looking to do this as a side hustle and then go from there. I'm interested in all of real estate, but I think wholesaling is a great way to start.

And one of my life goals is to marry my girl friend :)

Hello all,

I am a student studying Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Oklahoma with one more year till graduation (woo!). After I graduate, I want to move to Dallas, TX to be with my beautiful girl friend. She works at the Fort Worth Zoo.

I've become increasingly interested in business over the past year. A few weeks ago I dived into learning about real estate and it has really attracted me. I did a 3 day class with Fortune Builders in my area and absolutely fell in love with real estate.

Now, I'm going to see if I have the chops for it and am going to start in wholesaling!

Cheers!
