My name is Edward Rodriguez..I own several properties free and clear but would very much like to do some flipping.  Have some cash but not enough to do $100- to 150,000. deal by my self.  I am also a licensed ac contractor.   Give me a call and lets see what it would take to get this off the ground.  My # is 210-365-1653.   

Howdy Sir, I have several rental houses, a couple of duplex's and a commercial bldg.  The houses and duplex's are paid off and have a small mortg. on the commercial bldg. and have managed to put together some funds to invest with.  Am ready to move into the buy and flip mode and would welcome the opportunity to get my feet wet plus would also have some skin in the game (so to speak).  Am also a licensed ac contractor so all work would be done at cost.  If you think a would be an asset please let me know.   Thanks for your time

Sounds like a great success story.  I just don't have $ enough to pay cash for a large apt. bldg. nor investors.  Just starting up but It's something to look forward to

Thanks.. sent a msg to my partner.. we will look at it.  The rental comps are about$150.00 off. My sect. 8 rentals are $650. to $675. per unit.  We are at the mercy of the inspectors and they use area comps. and their own discretion.  The price is good and if you have a couple of others we could look at that would also be good.  Thanks so very much.

What kind? I'm a licensed ac contractor in San Antonio.  If you tell me the type of work you need I may be able to help.  Have several different types of contractors at my disposal.

Interested in flipping, multifamily and/or small commercial.  Just starting and at this time have a limited amount of cash...not a big investor (yet).  Own several rentals now as well as a commercial bldg.
