Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew of any meet ups or groups that get together in the dtla area here in California or somewhere nearby? MeetUp has been a huge flunk and Craigslist is simply put, Craigslist. Not looking to be stuck in anyone's basement. If any other young investors out there ever want to get together or grab coffee, share ideas, please contact me: all info on my profile is up to date and I check my phone regularly. Cheers to your success

Just jumped on this wagon and hope to make the best of it. I'm 26 years old and live in Los Angeles, CA I've hit multiple dead ends and am getting frustrated. All of the rei groups in the area I've attempted to attending either keep cancelling or too far. Does anyone know of any groups that get together in the Downtown LA area, mid city, West Hollywood area? Looking for people my age or around my age that can't seem to get off the ground and just need a little guidance. Hope to hear from anyone with a little wisdom! Cheers to your success

Sorry to hear about your struggles. I myself, have used my own as motivation to keep at it harder. There's always a way to get started. Pick up a few books- 10x by grant cardone, and "the real estate wholesaling bible" by than Merrill. I think that's how you spell it? Lol. Read read and get a plan. I live in CA, so you're better off finding an REI group where you live (meetUp, Craigslist) and get involved. A mentor would be great too. Instagram has a lot of great content too. The clever investor is a genius. Follow his channel and his posts. They're worth it Best of luck.
