Hey everyone!
New to real estate investing, but I'm excited to get started. I'm currently in the Navy, and will be stationed in SD for the next 4 years or more. I'm looking to buy a duplex in the area, preferably around Balboa Park. I'm planning on using the VA Loan, but the FHA loan may be a better option for me, especially with the higher prices. The goal is to live in one unit, and rent out the other. Looking to connect with any real estate agents/investors that can help me find something along those lines!
