wow, i think you are on the right track but hold up a minute now Shelby ...I know you don't have to pay rent but how will y'all survive on $1,300 a month? And God forbid 1 tenant fails to pay up, gonna be some hard living ritirees

Awesome @David Huynh. Congratulations!  If you could break it down, how did you finance the acquisition of your first couple properties? Are they all generating a positive monthly cash flow?

@Michaela G. Congratulations on that deal! My folks live in Kennesaw up I-75. Mind asking, where about in Atlanta are you finding such prices, and what is the ARV on that property? Are you planning to rent it or rehab/sell?
