Hi all,

Looking to get some contacts for a reliable PM for a SFH in SW Atlanta (West End, Venetian Hills area). This will be my only property down there, as I'll be an out of state investor.

Additionally, any one have any experience going without a PM down in Atlanta? If so, any tips and advice would be appreciated.
