I’ve owned the property for a bit over 2 years. Definitely will try to appeal the taxes. Thank you for the advice.

Greatly appreciate your info. I will look in to appealing the taxes. We were thinking about short term as a strong possibility. We are just to short on money and would struggle with furnishing the property. I agree with you in terms of selling, this would be a last option.

Ok great thank you for your reply. I did not think about the 1031. Will look in to this.
thank you.

Looking for ideas that can help with decision. Have an investment property and it’s currently vacant. After a year and a half of renting it to tenants recently the escrow taxes went up dramatically leaving very little profit. Even though it pays off the mortgage it’s just not profitable. We are contemplating between selling, short term rental or renting long term again. Please feel free to give suggestions. Plus is there anyone willing to share information as mentorship since we are relatively new to real estate investing.
Thanks.

Looking to increase investment portfolio. Have a rental property  already. No cash left to further invest. Trying to find someone that can help guide us to further invest with no money.

Thank you in advance.
