Lito-
Is there a HUD or FHA product you know of which can be used to purchase a 44 unit apartment building which is vacant and needs to be rehabbed in FL? Or are you aware of grant product which could be used to make this a no money down purchase? It is currently bank owned and can be bought at a discount.

Check the local craigslist! Code enforcement guys may have already taken a picture and could possibly email a copy of it to you.

Ryan-
I won't be able to make the meeting. My wife is sick in hospital and I will be spending the evening with my kids. Please let me know about the next meeting, I am very interested in checking it out.

I worked with a broker group. We executed orders for customers. Most of my time was spent in the 30yr bond options pit. We were paid a commision to execute orders in the pit. I am not licensed now when I had my membership I was series 3 exempt. I would recommend not dabbling it is a job for professionals for the most part. It can be learned but I would not recommend playing part time. If you are going to trade I would suggest full time focus. Over the yrs I was in the bond opts, dow jones futures, s+p futures, fed fund opt and 5 yr futures. If You have any questions I will try and jelp the best I can.
