Hello, my name is Ernestine. Although I am new to posting, I have quietly observed activity on the Bigger Pockets website and forum for quite some time now. I currently face a troubling dilemma and I believe only the expert members of the Bigger Pockets forum are capable of effectively neutralizing my stressors. I am interested in connecting with landlords and property managers with available locations in Baltimore City or the surrounding counties for tenant placement. The prospective tenants are a single mom and her daughter, who is currently an undergrad in college. Both women possess reliable incomes, stable work histories, and have lived in their current place of residence for over 2 years, without incident.  Somehow these professional women continue to face difficulties securing safe and comfortable living arrangements due to prior financial errors. Please refer me to anyone you believe could assist them with finding a great home.
