Thank you. Will do.. I'm not an active investor. I just stumbled upon this by deal accident.

 I know a guy that needs to sell and he can't sell it by traditional means do to issues with the property. I know a few deep pocket investors this might be right for. I've always known about wholesaling real estate but I've never done a deal before. Where can I find or buy this "assignment agreement"? I found a few online but I don't think they're what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

I checked the box on the Florida Real estate contract that says "this contract is assignable." I need to know what forms I need or what procedure I should take to ensure I get paid at or before closing. Thanks in adavance.
