Hi @Erwin Groenendijk!

Nice to meet you, do you speak spanish? I'm better writing than speaking :) Yes, I'm from Valencia, although I live in Costa Blanca for several years now. Of course, I can help if you need info or my vision. Me myself am monitoring Idealista many months ago to see the rent trends. I have seen one or two things interesting for sale over there but out of my reach right now.

@Christina Creighton Hi!

Ok, so it seems I would have to train my mind to not panic and to live with these kind of thoughts...  :P

Please let me know how it goes, when do you think you will be ready to sell?

Hi and thanks @Christina J.

Yes! I think that sometimes I have this insecurity because actually I don't know personally anybody investing, just learning from the internet... until I've started in the real world. I have to say I love all the possibilities that begin to appear in front of each house. It's beautiful.

Thanks very much @Bill Shultz and @Daniel Young! Valdemosa is in Mallorca, isn't it? Just in front of me :).

Hi, I'm new here, thanks for reading me :)

I'm planning my strategies in Orba (Costa Blanca, Alicante, Spain). This is one of the favourite places for english expats, it's a little mediterranean pueblo with mountain and sea views near Denia, Javea and Calpe.

My first strategy in Orba is buying old midsize townhouses with patio from the bank at a very low price so I can sell them quickly for a very reasonable price to investors/neighbours who want to rehab them. I have an eye with this because I live here twelve years ago and I know the evolution of the market.

When I got cashflow I want to buy an apartment in the center of Valencia (I'm from Valencia), rehab and rent for 1000€-1500€, see how it works and repeat.

Right now I'm doing the paperwork of three little houses with patio in Orba. I'm excited but a little nervous as the same time with the selling part. Sometimes I feel they are super good ideas, sometimes I wonder who is going to buy from me, hehe.
