Atleast 1200. A month to rent in my area for a two bed one bath. I am not sure about moving back either. 

It's a two bed and one bath. 900sq ft. Tax is about 522$ And HOA is extremely high, 300$ a month. I bought it at 143,000.00 now it's worth 148,000 or maybe a little more.

I currently have a condo in Westminster, Colorado and in the next year i will be moving to MN for school. Should i sell my condo or rent it out? And if i decide to keep it should i find a property management for the condo?
