looking to expand my rental portfolio by looking at properties in St. Louis and Indiana. most of the properties been viewed are between 70 and $100,000. Are there lender recommendations that do loans under 80,000? especially DSCR?

@Andrew Postell Thats exactly what Im trying to do. Find a none private lender to help with new loans. Caliber has been great to us, but the cap is also limiting. Thank you for the feedback. @Kevin Romines, I would like to connect with you to discuss your products. Do you lend in Arizona? our current assets are in WA state, but we shifting our investment to growing cities in Arizona, as well. As you know, Seattle housing market is not intended for long term investing with the way inventory is and all the eviction bans on none paying renters. :)

Hello - our current lender capped us at 5 Conventional loan on the personal credit. I have not found a bank (not private money), that will finance the LLC, which would allow me to get more properties. SO I'm kind of stuck. Caliber mortgage limits you to 5 loans.

Hello - who are the best Portfolio Lenders out there or mortgage companies that finance LLC's- Currently, I have 2 SFR rentals and a 4plex. They are all financed with conventional loan. Trying to see what is the best product out there for future purchases.

Looking to venture into Boise market for Fourplex or MHP, any thoughts or insight on that?
