In my search for the perfect CRM system, I am looking for one that can handle all my communication needs, such as logging email, call recording, SMS, MMS, and other forms of communication, as well as provide the ability to call, text, and email directly from the system. I also need a system that can help me manage my sales opportunities and pipeline, and is fully customizable to meet my specific business needs.

I am particularly interested in learning more about how Salesforce can help with all of these requirements, including its integration with Google contacts, drip campaigns, and automations. I would greatly appreciate your feedback and recommendations if anyone has experience using Salesforce for real estate purposes.

I bought in the last 3 months a total of 3 condos 2 of them in Mirabel 1 in repentigny. end I am now in the process of another two contracts 1 in St. Hobart and one in Mirabelle.and we concern owns about the higher condo fees. and about the increase of interest rates.

Is now the time to buy in Quebec, or better wait. What can we expect from the current market?
