Hi Kenneth! So why flipping as opposed to buy and hold or wholesaling?

Hi Verle, welcome! I'm in the North Florida area doing buy and holds. Why did you decide to invest in flips?

I think you did the smart thing. His background check said there was an issue and you shouldn't feel guilty about turning him down. Sometimes we have to just go with our guts :)

Hi everyone! My name is Beth Cody and I'm a longtime "learner but no doer" in real estate investing. I host networking events and meet people but can't seem to jump the gun to get that first deal off the ground. Well, I'm finally getting off my butt and have had my most productive week ever in the past 18 months since I started, including meeting the owner of a mobile home park today to discuss the sale! I'm focusing on buy and hold investing in mobile homes and multifamily properties.

I'm also starting my own podcast, a twist on the other real estate podcasts out there in that I'm not a huge success... yet. It'll be an audio diary of what I do right and (more often) what I do wrong so you can learn from my mistakes. I'm excited to meet people in my area and learn through networking and interviewing smarter people than me on my show ;)
