I want to sell a 2 family house in NJ. Anybody knows a realtor who charges less than 4% in commission in New Jersey, close to Newark, NJ?

Thanks!

Now Cochrane is asking $47 dollars. He has some youtube videos that may be good. I think the best for each of us that are new in the bizz would be to go to local REIA meetings. Such meetings will teach us what is working in our area in real time.

Thank you Charles, your so generous on sharing this! I really appreciate your time on giving this info. I will definitely try this.

Elizabeth

I went last night for first time and was nice. Look at the web, there is a schedule on www.baltimoreREIA.com. There will be a talk on January 30th from 9 to 5pm that looks promising as there were people who attended last year and mentioned in the meeting  that was worth. CHeck it out.

Thank you  Michael, Richard and Elizabeth. I would love to flip houses but I would like to start learning investing money only.  I understand that there is people who only put money. How does it work? I suppose I should talk to an attorney and then look for people who can work with my money flipping a house.  Any thoughts?

I want to but a foreclosure. I want to just pay the down payment flip it. I have several questions.

First: do I need a realtor or can I buy it from the bank and get a better negotiation with just an attorney?

I will appreciate any help on this issue in Maryland.

Thanks!

I was interested on buying an online course from Carleton Sheets. When I went to his web, few minutes ago, he was advertising for a coach program.

Anybody knows any other coach program?

Happy New Year 2016!!
