Hello BP community!

I am new to the real estate investment industry and looking to learn more. I have been researching and found myself gravitating towards Military Installations since I am a Service member myself. I am focusing in San Antonio at the moment. I know having contacts and a team would help me since I am out of state. Any help to find a great team would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping to get thoughts and comments on buying properties in these areas.
