I am looking forward to start investing in multi family home I live in California and its more expensive out here compared to a lot of other states... should I stick to starting my investment future out here or should I start in another state.

  • I wanted to know when i want to get my first multi famil home and want to live in one and rent out the other should i still look for investors to help in getting the property or should i just put the down payment myself...
