Hi Everyone, newbie here....

I've been searching on Loopnet (free account status) for small multi-family (4 - 12 units) properties in Texas.  There a many listings that are accessible with a 'free' account, but many more that are only accessible with Premium access, which is $250 monthly.  That's steep for a beginner and part-timer.  Are there other listing services that are more reasonably priced, or even free?
