Howdy,

I noticed a property that seemed to be vacant and had been for a couple of years.

I am wanting to call them to see if they are willing to sell.

I read about cold calling it seems pretty basic what people usually ask.

I was going to ask:
their asking price
willing to come down
cash value
Then how they got that value.

Am I missing anything else?

Thanks,

ps.
Then if things are going well ask them for their p&l

Howdy,

My name is Eloy Lopez. I don't have any experience in real estate except for head knowledge from books. I currently live in Bryan, TX and am a full time bilingual( Spanish/English) 2nd grade teacher.

My goals in real estate is to learn how to do wholesales from residential and commercial properties with the end goal of being able do buy and hold investing.

I learned about bigger pockets from a friend who is doing real estate in the Houston area. His name is Eric Benzenhoefer.
