My HOA has a attorney that (I believe) deals with RE issues. I will message you the name. I know the office is on Boca Chica, across from the Home Depot.

Hello everyone, I have been study and trying to look for a good 1st deal. I came across this listing on Craiglist. I have not gone out to see what it looks like. What does anyone think I should offer? What would be the best option/deal to lock up this purchase? I appreciate any advice. Thank you
