Where could I go to get legal contracts made? For example if I want to do lease options or sub to’s, anything that comes down to creative financing on real state

I’m looking to take and get my real state agent license. I want to get it to have access to the mls and learn more about contracts, laws, sub-to’s, learn and know the market, also run accurate comps. Do the classes or courses teach you all of this or did you guys have to learn it on your own?

I’ll look into them, thank you. Sorry as well I know it is😂 I just don’t want to jump in looking like I don’t know what I’m doing infront of the buyer and seller. Considering I’m young as well they might not take me seriously.
