@Michael C Williams I am looking for anything from a duplex to a fourplex in the South Bay Area. Would prefer to finance with an FHA if possible, conventional owner-occupied if not.

After perusing countless YouTube videos over the years on personal finance, financial independence, and real estate investing, I decided that it's finally time to take action towards my real estate journey. I am about to do my taxes, get preapproved for a loan, and will start reaching out to agents after. Looking to get a multi-family property in the Bay Area as my first investment to house hack.
