I'm interested to know how old you were when you bought your first investment property? How did you obtain the financing and credit needed to buy a property, especially if you bought a property when you were really young and had little to no credit.

Hello,

My name is Elyse and I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering  at The University of Arizona. I am originally from San Diego, CA and split my time between San Diego and Tucson. I am interested in getting started in buying long-term rental properties. I'm not sure how to buy a property while I'm still in college (yet!) but I'm hoping to buy my first property very soon.

I originally found BiggerPockets through Mark Ferguson's blog InvestFourMore and since I've found it, I have been on it everyday reading blogs and listening to podcasts. Now that I have become a member, I'm excited to connect with other people who have similar goals to me.
