I appreciate your tips on the initial steps needed. I already have short-term goals in place to help me achieve my long-term goals. I just started listening to the podcasts and they are all very intuitive. I guess they would serve as a motivation to start going back to the gym so that I may listen to them more often.

Hey @Ryan Littlewelcome to the website. I just joined as well and I'm learning a lot on the steps needed to begin investing. I just started saving money so I won't be buying a house soon but I wish you the best of luck on your journey and never give up. What you couldn't accomplish today, you definitely can accomplish tomorrow.

Hello everyone, my name is Emanuel DeAraujo and I am 23 years old. I'm from the south coast area of Massachusetts and I am new to real estate investing. I have been working for Verizon for the past 3 years along with a second job in the EMS field. I have always been curious about real estate investment, but I've never taken the time to do actual research until recently when a friend of mine who happens to be an investor referred me to this site. I've always had a desire to make my money work for itself, where I can live a life of financial freedom and have to live paycheck by paycheck. My goal is to own multiple properties in different states throughout the country and to learn from the people that have been doing it for a while. Lastly, I want to relay what I've learned to the future members so they too may succeed. Thank you all for your time.
