What’s up Bigger pockets family! I’m currently in a bind. Just bought my first flip property & is a beauty in the Choctaw, ok area (2100 squat suttinf in 2.5 acres) but can’t get a GC! All are too busy & I closed 3 weeks ago already. I urgently need a GC to start work. I’m stressed since I bought it using hard money & is costing me $45 per day (and unfortunately I have a small margin). MAY GOD REPAY YOU for referrals submitted. THANK YOU!!

HI Guys...
So I follow Jerry Norton (the guy is really a flipping genius) and he's the one that got me where I'm currently at as a real estate investor and I'm ecstatic about it and finally purchased a great deal for myself to flip in beautiful Oklahoma, but the reason i'm writing this thread is that I'm a member of his lot flipping program and I'm pretty good at following instructions & catching on rather quickly, but i've noticed I can't get past finding a lot for the man since i keep getting 'negative results' (which I interpret it to mean that even if the lot is given away for free...the deal would not work?) Anyways, wanted to see if anyone here is a member of the lot flipping program & has found good lots to flip. Thanks so much

@Kar Sun Do United States is transforming rather rapidly and not in a good way… It is obvious this is not good for the states. I cannot believe what is produced the best financial situation in the world and all of a sudden the youth wanted to go away in the media is helping promote it… As an immigrant I cannot understand this
