Deep cleaning for when tenant moves out, multifamily hallway cleaning, Airbnb turnover. I’m your girl! Willing to drive up to an hour. I charge 22/hr.

I have been living in my current house hack duplex for about a year now. I plan on buying another, do I have to refinance out of my first one to turn it from my primary residence to a rental?
