Im actually from Benton/Bloomsburg area, but looking to invest in Tunkhannock. The property had two buildings, four rental units in total. Unfortunately, the owner was not interested in seller financing and the deal turned out to be not as good as I anticipated. Nice to meet you though, thanks for responding!

@Lydia S. Thank you for your reply! There are two separate houses each two units and a separate garage that can fit two vehicles. I did not consider that since they could be two different pieces of land one would not qualify for an fha loan. However, i am currently working with a partner to potentially fund the deal. Can you tell me more about how seller financing works or how i would go about discussing that with the seller?

Thank you! The two properties are next to each other but im not sure if they are technically the same piece of land.There are four units and a two car garage. I will be getting in touch with a local agent though, thanks again!

Hello, I am new to real estate investing and am looking to purchase my first rental property. I've found an off market deal that includes two properties being sold as one. First, can that be done since the two properties are separate buildings? Second, can I still use an FHA loan to purchase these, or this, property? Last, what are some steps that I will need to take to purchase since I will not be working with a realtor? Thanks in advance, any information would help!
