Its not really retail since its not a physical product. The closest way to describe what I am offering is an event venue for rent to interactive theater groups. It does involve a building and I figured this was a good place to learn a bit about purchasing one and working with real estate in general since I haven't before. Thanks for the feedback, zoning is certainly top of mind with all of this since its unique. Any idea what kind of zoning to look at? Currently we were going with the theory that getting zoned a camp would be best since events often stay overnight and do weekend long lock ins which means sleeping on site.

My name  is Emma Lani Bufalini and I am new to the site. I am working on a project and trying to learn as much as I can about how to get this project off the ground and funded.
