I don't think the wall is loadbearing but, I want to get someone in there to check it out before I start tearing into the wall. Depending on the quotes, I will decide whether or not it would be beneficial to terret down or leave it as is for now. I'm trying to build a good contractor relationship for future projects also. I don't always want to do the work myself so I figured that building those good contractor relationships early is good.

I am looking for a solid contractor in the Pensacola fl area. Does anybody have anybody that they have used? Looking for somebody to tear down a wall between the kitchen and living room. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,
I am newish to the forums, I registered months ago but, I am not really outgoing so I kinda stayed in the background reading posts and listening to podcasts as much as I can... I feel like I was creeping for a while to see whether or not I would feel comfortable and fit in. Anyway, I am starting to feel like I may be able to call myself a real estate investor, I own one rental, my primary home, and I am closing on another property within 2 weeks. I always have many questions and hopefully I can get some answers here and some help from time to time. I still feel like a newbie, and with all of the great info here I feel like I always will. Anyways, I have had success with the property I bought in Arkansas, I am hoping I achieve the same out here in the panhandle of Florida. I am hoping to build connections out here in northwest Florida and continue to grow and in the process help others be successful. I have a great friend/mentor... Even though he may not know he is a mentor. hopefully I can get past the creeping I have been doing and be an active member in these forums.
