I just had my first offer accepted (yaaaay!), but when I took a look at the basement, it was a mud basement with a foundation made of brick and stone. The bottom floor is held up in some places by wood posts balanced on stones or even a bunch of stones stacked up 2 feet high!

I'm curious if I should walk away or try to wholesale given the recommendations I've read to keep things small for your first rehab.

Anybody have recommendations for where to find a contractor who specializes in foundations?
