i am looking to network in central new jersey.i am a licensed contractor looking to find potential private investors..i was hoping to accomplish this through a local realestate group...any info would be appreciated...

thanks for the replys guys..and when i say "i can do almost everything"i mean when it comes to rehab work..windows,doors,flooring,drywall,ect...really the only thing i don't do is hvac...i even do light electrical...i guess i am really looking for a private investor that would recieve a nice return on their investment...i am sorry if i posted in the wrong place,but i didn't know where else to post.

i can appreciate both of your comments..i have about 20yrs experience.i have been doing construction in one form or another since i was 15 yrs old.i have worked in custom cabinet shops,for remoldelers ect.i have been in business for myslef for the last 6yrs.i do almost everyhing.i have always wanted to get into realestate but never had the cash.i always had to support someone along the line.i figure this would be a good way to get into it.i understand your concerns.if there is anything else anyone would like to know just ask.
