Hello I’m looking for a real estate agent that knows Houston well and has experience working with out of state investors. This is my first rental property and looking for make my first purchase in Houston.

I’m looking for a condo with a price tag of 120,000 or less. B or C class area, looking for cash flow a little or break even. I am already pre-approved so I am serious buyer. Would be best if the condo is turn key.

Hey Enrique!

While I am not a real estate agent in NJ, I would say it would be difficult to find a solid property without to many issues in NJ for that price. If you want steady cash flow I would suggest taking a look at the midwest. For example I personally invest in Dayton, OH because of the steady employment from the Air Force base, health care, universities, and soon the Amazon Distribution Center. Ohio is also a landlord friendly state, it's one of the few state still relatively affordable for first time buyers. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Just private messaged you.

Hello my name is Enrique I live in California, I’m interested in NJ because of the location south of NY and North of Washington and close to the coast as well. I’m looking around Camden zip code 08104 and looking for a small property with a 100,000 price tag or less (mind this is my first property I do have over 30k in hand). I’m looking for a turn key property with a long term tenant (preferably in place already) this way it isn’t too much of a hassle for me. Would greatly appreciate some advice on what areas I should be looking into. I am looking to buy very soon mainly because I do have the cash on hand, real estate agents welcomed. :)

It can be in Ventnor city or across the Delaware river in Philadelphia too.
