I got a question for brokers and agents. If alongside the basic information that you use to market properties on sale (the photographs, descriptions) you included floor plans,...... nothing too complex just floor areas and layout of rooms. Do you think this extra information would increase sales?

Hey Nathan.

The biggest point is wholesaling, I didnt even know what the term meant yet It was being mentioned a lot on Bigger Pockets so I looked it up (still need to fully understand it). I figured that it is great way to start since it does not require much capital (if any). Then also just having a platform like bigger pockets within our local market where you can link up with other people who are into real estate.

Hello from the other side. I am a Zimbabwean Architect interested in learning all I can about real estate from all of you so that I begin to invest in my home country, of course real estate in Zimbabwe is very different compared to USA or Canada but still the two days I have been active on this platform I`ve picked up one or two valuable points that I can apply here.
