Thanks you guys.
This is very helpful.

The reason I was asking is, that prices in some of the locations have increased dramatically in the last 2 years and thus became in general less attractive (in terms of risk and potential return).
Focusing on the "right" location may reduce risk, if market crashes.

Hi, 

My name is eran and I'm a newbie investor.

I have quite a good financial background but not a lot of realestate investing experience.

My partner has invested in a SF in Clivland.

What would you consider to be a good location to focus on for a newbie SF investor for a flip on the east coast (quite open to locations)?
