VRBO in Alexandria, Mn sounds like a possibility. I've know of a person who purchased and house on the lake and broke off a room with a view and deck. Expensive home but he's telling me the mortgage is being paid by the one room rental. Next time you plan on being in Alexandria, let me know and we can visit. 

Kurt, no meet up yet. Now with the Covid19, it puts a damper on social distance.

I'd love to chat, All sorts of new strategies to work with in this environment.

@brittney Lundeen - Yes, I always enjoy discussion this topic. Thinking of starting a meetup in the Alex area. When ever your in the area, let me know. Amazing how many different strategies there are in this industry. I'm currently finishing a live in flip in Elbow Lake then to convert to a rental. Keep in touch.

Just wanted to introduce myself to community.  Starting the journey in Alexandria, MN with the single family and small multi-family rentals.  

Always open to suggestions and advise from etiquette in the forums and in real estate investing in general.
