Two properties- both vacation rentals. One needs work and one doesn’t. I think the rehab would cost about $40,000 but if it went higher I think the decision would be to choice the other one ( i put an example with rebah being 40,000 and then 50,000). It seems to just need some floors, counter tops and maybe cabinets. I am looking at them Saturday but wanted to be ready to make a decision, if needed. the more expensive is in a better location but that doesn't matter too much. I did apples to apples with expanses and rental days. they are both 4 bedrooms.  one cost is $300,000 and the other is 200,000.

Thanks Johnny- I am actually looking to be a VA for an investor so I can learn what it takes to manage the process. I am looking into buying my first property.

Is there a certain site that I can search for VA positions for real estate investors specifically?
