I don't have my license just yet. I was holding off on getting it until we made our final move in a year. I didn't think it made much sense to pursue it in Illinois just to have to redo it for a different state. 

How would you suggest I go about looking to co-host for someone?

I don't know whether I do or not. I'll definitely research it and find out. And I would love to be a host. My husband and I are saving up for our first one. Thanks for the advice.

I'm interested in managing short-term rental properties for individuals in the Chicago, Rockford area. I'm looking to start my real estate journey and I feel this may be the best path for me at the moment. I am a highly self-motivated, responsible and accountable individual. I would greatly enjoy decorating and managing short term rental properties for anyone that would need a little assistance.
