Cody, I'm interested in starting out with multifamily properties. Once I have several apartments, I want to invest in some shopping centers.

My name is Eric; I live in Idaho. I am 43 years old and am a high school graduate. I fell from a cliff when I was 17, landed on my head on a boulder that was split in two and just under the water at Malibu Creek State Park, where I drown. The fall did not kill me and the rock didn't knock me out, for I remember praying to my god. I said, "God, if you'll let me breathe like a fish just this one time, I'll serve you forever". I remember wanting to breathe so bad, I just inhaled as much water as could possibly fit in my lungs. Being trapped upside down under the water for like 10 minutes before a couple of passers by pulled me out, gave me plenty of alone time with God. Life flight was alerted and it was they who took me to the nearest Intensive Care Unit where I began my triumphant recovery. I have been told by several trustworthy people that I am highly intelligent, or wise, or smart. I enjoy learning! They say "knowledge is power", well I say "wisdom is ultimate power"! Anyway, enough about me.. I'm excited to start my real estate investing career and am very glad to meet you. Thank you!
