@Aaron K. I plan on investing in Riverside, San Bernardino Or Bakersfield. I plan on doing a BRRRR on some kind of multifamily property.

Hey all,

I currently live in Riverside and work in Norco. Just from seeing everyone's location, seems like we're all pretty close. Im currently house hacking, but looking into getting a straight rental hopefully this year. Would be great to know local investors and people with the same interests. Maybe we can create our own meeting, or if you guys know of any, can you send them to me? Thank you and stay safe!
